Working with Joe and Priscilla to buy our very first home was great. We can be a bit picky in our tastes, but they were patient with us and took us to as many showings as it took to find the one. In the end, the house we bought wasn't even one that we asked to see from the MLS, it was one that they found and chose for us, so they really listened and understood what we were looking for. And when Joe says he works more than 40 hours per week, believe him! Virtually any time of day and he still answers the phone, I'm not sure when he ever sleeps because he's working so hard for you and all his clients (yet he never looks tired! There's gotta be something in his blood...).  

Even if you're not sure you're ready to enter the market yet, you should still check them out. Especially for first-timers like us, they sometimes hold home buyer workshops that really help demystify the process, with no pressure or obligations. We went to one and it really kickstarted the whole process for us at a time when we thought a house was still years away, but now 3 months later and we've just closed and are moving in next week!

I was referred to Erin 15 years ago by a good friend to help finance my first new home. I had no idea what to do and Erin took the time to explain EVERYTHING in great detail from beginning to end. I had refinanced a few years later and again, Erin picked up right where she left off, not missing a beat. I went to Erin 10 years ago to buy my first house after two of my close friends recommended her. I had heard horror stories about the paperwork, the things that could go wrong at closing, etc. but I had nothing but a very positive experience with Erin. We first met Joe and Priscilla at one of their Homebuyer’s Brunches and couldn’t be happier that we decided to work with them to find our first house! Their team set-up was extremely helpful in our search and made it so we never had any problems seeing the homes that we wanted to see as soon as possible.
